Responsibilities:
1, responsible for the company's production management, responsible for the scientific operation of the entire production process, reasonable arrangement of production plans, responsible for safe production, quality control;
2, responsible for the control of production costs, strict control of material waste, supervision of the company's processing of sluggish materials;
3. Strictly control the factory quality, supervise the quality control personnel to strictly inspect and be responsible for the conformity of the factory products;
4, responsible for the maintenance and management of the articles, equipment and equipment used in each workshop;
5. Communicate effectively with various departments, deal with and coordinate various problems within and across departments.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in electronic or optical cold processing;
2. More than 5 years experience in production management industry;
3, familiar with the production and manufacturing process of products, have a deep understanding of lean production mode;
4, understand the ISO quality management system and on-site 6S management, has a wealth of production management, cost control, quality management, and other aspects of experience;
5. Good organization, coordination, communication skills and team spirit, able to work under pressure.
