Responsibilities:
1, responsible for the company's product quality planning and control, to ensure that product quality meets customer requirements and relevant standards.
2, organize the development and improvement of product quality control process and standard operating procedures.
3. Guide the analysis and improvement of quality control data, propose improvement measures and organize and track the implementation effect.
4, responsible for the quality training of employees, improve the quality awareness and skills of the whole staff.
5. Work closely with production, research and marketing departments to ensure that the company's products meet customer needs.
6. Coordinate and handle customer complaints and return problems to provide satisfactory services to customers.
7. Assist to deal with major customer audit and internal management of the department.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in photoelectric and physics related fields.
2. At least 5 years of pan-semiconductor industry working experience, including at least 3 years of quality management experience.
3. Familiar with ISO quality management system, with rich experience in quality inspection, control and improvement.
4. Excellent team leadership, written expression and communication skills, with rich experience in external audit and quality improvement projects.
